Polynesian Culture Center!
1.) The Girls … . + Luke (note the shaka pose)
2.) I could TOTALLY do that to get a coconut from a tree.
3.) We wouldn’t even need to paddle if we had that for the canoe regatta-it’s as long as the entire race course!
4.) I got REALLY into the seed tossing game (equivelant to shuffle board except we use giant seeds the size of my fist on a woven mat)
5.) Hannah, on the other hand, was much more casual about it.
6.) Yes, they let us throw spears. Just imagine. Me. With a sharp object. Throwing it through the air.
7.) Waterfall! That magically turned off just as we were taking the picture …
8.) The entire show (which exhibited different dances of the Polynesian culture), I was just WAITING for them to hold up a lion cub and burst out in “The Circle of Life”. Truly.
